Casares and the beautiful port of DuQuesa is between two clean blue flag beaches complete with beach bars, and seems a million miles away from the hustle and bustle you would normally expect from the Costa del Sol.

The port boasts a wide choice of amenities including a supermarket, banks, and a wide choice of affordable top class restaurants. Casares is also fast becoming a favorite with golfers. It boasts more than 35 golf courses within half an hour’s drive, including many of the top clubs such as Valderamma.

A short drive can take you to a number of excellent beaches, marines and towns such as Estepona, Sotogrande, Gibraltar and Puerto Banus. For designer shopping, a marina which houses mega yachts such as those owned by the Saudi royal family and a chance to dine out at some of the most exclusive restaurants in this part of Spain.
